INOTEC-production lines are based on the long term experience in the development and production of machines and single components for the food industry.
The main issue in the design of a production line is the logical integration of single components, both mechanically and in terms of controls, to be able to keep a high production flexibility for the food industry. Cleaning and hygiene are besides the best possible product treatment the main aspects in the design of INOTEC equipment.
Feeding Screws
INOTEC Feeding Screws are optionally offered in stationary or mobile execution. Depending on the actual workingwise the screw can be equipped with a pneumatically operated flap at the discharge of the screw to feed 2 mixers or other containers. The capacity is between 18 and 50 cubic meter per hour, depending on the defined screw diameter.
Feeding Pumps
Feeding pumps are offered in various sizes for different production capacities. INOTEC pumps are based on the MOHNO pump principle which guarantees an efficient and gentle pumping. Both round and squared hoppers are connected to the pumps, depending on the product which has to be pumped.
Weighing Systems
INOTEC is offering 2 different Weighing Systems for meat standards. A system consists on several tilting standard containers, from which the meat standards are taken manually on a conveyor belt on load cells or into a mobile bin on load cells.
A system with several dosing bins with integrated discharge screws and optionally agitating screws, from which the meat standards will be dosed automatically onto a conveyor belt, according to the chosen formulation.
Controls
INOTEC Controls consisting of SIEMENS PLC modules, which can be used for a manual and automatic control of single machines and/or for a complete production process. The program offers a storage of 200 different product recipes with a daily accumulation of the total production and of all raw material standards as well as a data transfer to an inhouse computer system.
All machine parameters are indicated on the main process control display or on separate machine displays.
The data transfer works with a Process Field BUS-system with optical link technology, which guarantees a maximal data transfer speed.
