Sausage Cutting System



WT 93-S3F
The INOTEC sausage cutting machine type WT 93-S3F has been developed for cutting, measuring and sorting of sausages in natural, collagen and artificial casings. The machine can be adjusted for cutting in singles, pairs or other required numbers. Ease of operation and hygiene have been the most important factors in the design of the machinery.





WT 95-D
The INOTEC double cutting machine WT 95-D is equipped with a cutting system consisting of a double-knife (upper servo drive) and counter knife. The knife distance is variable between 3-8 mm depending on the type of knife set. The use of this machine is removing of twists and pieces of casings between clips.







WT 99
The INOTEC sausage cutting machine type WT 99 has been developed for cutting of sausages in natural, collagen and artificial casings. The machine can be adjusted for cutting in singles, pairs or other required numbers. The main application of that model is the cutting of raw, uncooked sausage. Due to the direct access to the cutting housing, a easy cleaning of the knife is possible.






WT 97-R
The INOTEC round cutting machine WT 97-R has been developed for cutting, measuring and sorting of sausages. Due to the circular transport of the sausages it is possible to cut extremely curved sausages as well as straight ones. In combination with a special developed knife single clipped sausages in natural casings can be cut and the clip can be removed continuously.
